At Marguerite Designs, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive safely. We primarily use Royal Mail for deliveries, as we’ve found them to be the most reliable service for our handcrafted products. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, and we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Since many of our items are handmade to order, please allow extra time for production before dispatch. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). While we take every precaution to package items securely, we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused during transit. However, if an issue arises, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to help.
A note on Packaging
We are committed to sustainability and always use recyclable, compostable, or reclaimed materials wherever possible—including paper parcel tape and reused packaging from orders we receive. Your item will be well protected, but it may arrive in a recycled box, as we believe in reducing waste rather than adding to it.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care to ensure every item we create meets our high standards. As a small business specializing in handcrafted and often personalized pieces, our returns policy reflects the unique nature of our products:

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. We do ask that the original item be returned to us at your expense, as this helps us assess and improve our craftsmanship.

Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for changes of mind, preference in artistic style, or mismatches with decor. Each piece is made to order with care, and variations are part of its handmade charm.

Non-Personalized Items: For gift wrap, candles, and other non-customized products, we reserve the right not to accept returns due to their delicate nature and risk of damage in transit.
